"A wonderfully friendly owner who made me feel very welcome. For a budget hotel the facilities could not be any better. There is an authentic Italian restaurant and a superb café and sandwich shop on site and their bargain mega breakfast with proper ground coffee is one of the best breakfasts I have had in years. There are two options to choose from on WiFi with a pretty good signal on both. I had a decent TV with a good reception, an en-suite with shower, a desk to work on and a decent amount of coffee and tea and they have even thought to leave extras to pick up if you run out. It's been busy every night and will fill up fast so if a room is available then book quickly as you will not get a better deal anywhere else."

"I am almost a regular at the Renishaw now, and this time I was in room 8 which I have never been in before. the bed was as always very comfortable with a good sized duvet on a very nice single bed. The consistency of presentation is becoming more pervasive now"
